Pool Shot Wing it Swimming Pool Basketball Hoop for Above Ground Pools

With the Pool Shot Wing It swimming pool basketball hoop you will never climb out of the pool to chase air balls again! Its signature winged backboard captures errant shots from mid-air and not only keeps them from flying out of the pool, but also returns them towards the shooter. This model is specially designed to be taller for above ground pools, and features the same durable construction as the original wing it.

An important skill that each playmaker should have is ball control. Great playmakers can easily bring the ball to attacking half even if the opposite team is playing full court press. Dribbling makes players unable to lose a ball which is crucial in tight games.

There are many different types of dribbling tricks for example: between legs, behind the body, rolling... When doing those tricks use of both hands while dribbling is very important. If you are able to use both hands you will be able to protect your ball. When you are running to the right, you should be using right hand when running to left, left hand. And while performing those tricks you should not look at the ball but at the position of your players on the court.

When you are handling the ball over to the other side, you should change the speed and direction fast, which will make defender unable to steal the ball. When you are over you should be in proper dribbling position, which is feet in the width of the shoulders, knees slightly bend and straight upper body. To perform a dribbling trick with ball going behind your body and making a layup on right side. You should be handling the ball with your left. Now accelerate to your right side. While accelerating use your left hand to push the ball behind your body to your right side. The ball should be released when your right leg is in front of your left leg, to avoid hitting the ball with your leg. Now focus on catching the ball with your right hand. You have to be able to catch the ball without looking at it, your eyes should be focused on the target. It will be hard at beginning but it will soon become easier to perform this trick and pass by the defender. When you are close enough to the basket just catch the ball with both hands, put your right leg to the ground and than your left (which is your inner leg), take of and lay up the ball with one hand.
